How can I place an online order?
Just select your preferred package and click on order with or without TV.
Once we receive your order we will contact you within 24 hours to finalize the last details of your order and arrange an installation appointment based on your availability.
How is a Fiber connection installed?
If your home is not yet “Fiber-ready”, we will make a first appointment to install the Fiber cable (from the entry point in the building to your apartment) and to install a Fiber wall socket in your home.
During the installation appointment, our technician will install the modem and the TV decoder (if you have chosen this service). We will also perform a series functional tests, including Wi-Fi reception tests, to make sure the Fiber connection functions properly and meets your needs.
I wish to cancel the contract with my current provider
No worries, our staff will advise you and assist you throughout the process.
We will also ensure that the migration from your current provider to the new installation takes place without any service interruption.
I need immediate Internet access
Everyone needs Internet, so you can borrow us a temporary 4G connection while your fixed Internet connection isn't yet installed. This solution is available upon receipt of your order.
Can I keep my phone number?
Of course, it is possible and free, regardless of your current provider.
During the ordering process, simply indicate that you wish to keep your number and fill in the fields indicated.
Can I keep using my current modem?
To guarantee a quality service, we provide our customers with top-of-the-range modems from the AVM (FRITZ! Box) brand.
If you have a modem compatible with the subscribed service and want to continue using it, you can.
That said, please be aware that we cannot fix any equipment that was not purchased or rented from us.
However, we do provide technical support to diagnose issues and will help you in any other way we can.
