How do I set up Internet and MMS on my mobile phone?
Go to the Support section, select on the DATA / MMS tab and follow the instructions step by step.
What to do in case of lose or theft of your mobile phone?
You must immediately contact our helpdesk service so that we can proceed to disable your SIM card (and phone). In case of theft, you will need to report this to the police. Be prepared to provide the following information:
  • - your phone number and the name of the provider,
  • - the IMEI number, and the serial number (these should be on the bill and on the device's package),
  • - the model name, brand and phone color, and well as any stolen accessories,
  • - the details of the theft (approx. date/time and place).
If I change to a LOLMOBILE subscription, can I keep my old number ?
Yes you can. When subscribing to a LOLMOBILE plan, you can chose to keep your old mobile number. Such operation is called 'number portability'.
I have blocked my SIM card after 3 failed PIN code attempts. What do I do?
To unblock your SIM card, you will have to use your PUK code, which you can find on the card your SIM card was attached to.
On entering your code, the SIM will be deblocked.
If you cannot find your PUK code, then you can come our shop and bring your ID, or contact us.
How long does it take to activate my SIM LOL?
You LOL SIM will be enabled within 48 hours.
How can I track my consumption?
You can track your consumption anytime from your Customer account.
What do rythme de facturation 60'/60' and rythme de facturation 60'/15' mean?
"Rythme de facturation 60'/60' means that the first minute of a call is automatically charged. Likewise, every started minute is charged.
Rythme de facturation 60'/15' means that the first minute of a call is automatically charged. Likewise, every quarter of a minute (15 seconds) is charged.
