How do I subscribe to LOLTV?
In order to become a LOLTV subscriber, the folowing applies:
  • - Be a resident of Luxembourg and have an internet connection
  • - be in possession of a compatible modem, correctly installed,
  • - own a LOLTV decoder.

I already own a TV decoder. Can I use it?
If you already own a LOLTV decoder, you can keep on using it. However, please keep in mind that you cannot use a decoder from another provider. To get a new decoder, click this link!
What do I do, if I encounter technical problems with my LOLTV subscription?
Before anything, follow the instructions below. These will help you solve the problem in most cases.
  • - Restart all your TV devices (TV, decoder, modem).
  • - Check the condition of your devices and their power supply.
  • - The cables must be not be damaged
  • - Check the batteris of your remote. Also check your plugs (try plugging in a lamp). Or try a different plug. Eliminate any power source issues (leads, extensions, multi purpose)
    • If the screen does not turn on, check the condition of the electrical outlet by plugging in an appliance (such as a lamp). Also try testing a different outlet. Also, eliminate any multi-plugs or extension cords which may be defective.
  • - Check your Internet connection (using a tablet, or smart phone)
  • - Check if your internet connection is working (using a tablet, or smart phone)

Check if the problem is solved after each step. If the malfunctions persist, contact us.
Can I watch LOLTV on numerous televisions?
Yes. Dependant on the speed of your connection you can install numerous TV decoders. To do this, you will need to order additional LOL decoders.
